How can I check my Nonin order status?

How can I track my order’s progress?

Nonin will keep you informed about your order via email notifications. Your US Postal Service Confirmation number will be emailed to you once the item has left our warehouse.

How long does it take to process an order?

Nonin GO2 Achieve: It takes 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Once the order has left our warehouse, its estimated time of arrival will be determined by your ship to location.

Nonin GO2 Rx: For orders that contain a prescription product, the prescription must be received and processed before the product can be shipped. Once the prescription has been verified, the order will be processed according to USPS shipping guidelines. If you select the Express Shipping option, please be aware that the express shipping method will not be applied until the prescription is verified.

US Priority Mail: 2 to 3 days (not including Sunday)

US Express Mail: 1 day if the order is placed by 2:30PM CT. (not including Sunday or major holidays; only within Continental US)

Does my expedited shipping option (U.S. Express Mail) ensure my Nonin order will be shipped out the same day it was placed?

Yes, as long as Nonin receives your order by 2:30PM CT and it does not require prescription verification. This excludes delivery on Sundays and major holidays. Please note that Nonin does not process orders on weekends.

How do I get my USPS tracking number?

A Delivery Confirmation number is assigned to all outgoing orders. Each customer will automatically receive an email notification once their package has left our building. You may access this information by visiting the “my account / order status” link located on our storefront homepage.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact Nonin Customer Service department at 1-877-577-2635 within 3 business days to file a claim.

My USPS Confirmation number is not working. What should I do?

It takes up to 24 hrs to process your shipment confirmation and relay the information to their website. Transit times depend on road conditions, volume, and other circumstances. Please check back frequently for status updates.

My USPS Confirmation number states my order was returned to sender. Why did this happen?

Most likely there was an address error and USPS could not deliver. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-877-577-2635 as soon as possible to verify/update the address and re-ship your order.

Can I use a PO Box as shipping address?

Yes, USPS allows us to ship to PO Boxes.

Does Nonin deliver to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, because we use the U.S. Postal service, we can ship orders to Military addresses. Please make sure to include all pertinent information for proper delivery. Delivery time frame is between 2 and 6 weeks.

There is an item missing from my shipment. What should I do?

First, double check the contents of the box with your packing slip. If the item is not showing on the packing slip, the item was not ordered. If the item is on the packing slip, but not in the box, contact a Nonin Customer Service associate at 1-877-577-2635 within 3 business days.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-577-2635 within 3 business days of receiving the product.
