Our technical service team provides support by phone, email or, if service is needed, our certified service team will repair your device in a timely manner because we understand the burden of being without your device.
To ensure fast turnaround with minimum delay, our experienced technicians are experts in diagnosing and repairing Nonin devices to their fully functioning, original manufacturing specifications. Furthermore, when you send in your device to Nonin, we will perform any applicable updates at no additional charge!

Our experts are among the best at diagnostic and repair work. Typical turnaround time for fingertip repairs is 1-2 days and 2-4 days for all other models.
Warranty repairs are performed at no charge to you. Non-warranty repairs are performed at a flat rate that includes parts, labor and return shipping back to you.
Our experienced technicians are trained and certified in the repair of our devices and can easily troubleshoot any issues that arise.
